[comp.lang.postscript] Generalized PS->EPS tool?

Hello All,

Is there a program around that will convert regular Postscript printer
files into Encapsulated Postscript? Many vendors now support Postscript,
but not Encapsulated Postscript. 

If there is such a beast (or anything close) please send or post it.
