I remember seeing a program a year or so back which allowed Filofax sized pages (approx 3.75" x 6.75") to be sent to PostScript printers, and outlined them as well. I think it was a backend for nroff/troff. Does anyone have a copy of this program, or a pointer to where I might find it (I have tried the comp.sources.unix and comp.sources.misc archives)?
