Hi,
I had the same problem. If you look in you Word directory you should
see the file 'postscrp.ini'. This is a preparation file that must be
sent to the printer before sending your document.
You should probably keep this file permantely in you unix account
for convienience. It is not necessary to send 'postscrp.ini'
every time, after the first time if no one has reset the printer then you can
just send the document, if you get nothing then resend 'postscrp.ini'.
