You can hook the composit output of a color board into the vidio
input of (almost) any VCR.  The only "adaptor" you need is phono
plug to phono plug cord (an audio cord from radio shack will do).

Your VCR can then output your computer generated whatever to channel
3/4 or if you wish you can tape it.  The VCR *won't* put out an
"RGB" signal but you can drive a tv and the video out (available on
many/most VCRs) should drive a composite monitor.
