	If there is an existing converter of Postscript to EPS,
where can I get it?

 Yes there is.  It is commercially available.  Smart Art.  It is a DA which
will convert Postscript (when structured with EPSF 2.0 conventions) into 
an EPSF complete with PICT resource if you have a laserwriter.
