[comp.lang.postscript] Are there any PostScript Previewers anywhere?

I am wondering if any graphics workstation has implemented a
Postscript Previewer. I ask because I include Postscript
diagrams from Adobe Illustrator into LaTex, and waste many
pages adjusting the position exactly. Dvi previewers do
not handle the postscript (I've used the ones under Sunview
and X windows). What would be helpful would be a program that
takes a page full of postscript and show it on the screen.

DEC has a PostScript previewer called dxpsview (for X11, and possibly an
analogue for other systems---I dunno). It requires that your X server have
the (a?) PostScript extension.

I've used it only briefly---our PostScript extension went away when we
upgraded---but it seems pretty good. I don't know how well it handles
large documents.
