[comp.lang.postscript] Japanese or Chinese character Postscript outlines

mleisher@nmsu.edu (Mark Leisher) (03/09/90)

Does anyone know if there are any Japanese or Chinese character sets
that have been outlined in Postscript yet.
Don't want to go through any uneccessary pain.

There are several printers and typesetters shipped with Adobe Systems
Incorporated's PostScript software with two kanji font softwares,
from NEC, Fujitsu, Apple, Linotype and Varityper. Each has Ryumin-Light
and GothicBBB-Medium fonts from Morisawa & Co. as its standard fonts.
The character set is JIS compatible.
