lenox@mit-amt.MEDIA.MIT.EDU (Lenox H. Brassell) (03/30/90)
This is my first posting to any newsgroup, so I hope I get all of the details right. A few monts ago, somebody (maybe Woody@lonestar.chinacat.org ???) posted an article describing how to use the undocumented "cexec" operator to send machine code to a genuine Adobe PostScript interpreter. I was not interested in that subject at the time, so I didn't save a copy of the article. Now a friend of mine (who does not have network access) would like to explore this hidden terrain. The original article has disappeared from my site. Is there an archive for this newsgroup where I can find that article? (Somehow I don't think so.) If not, I'd be very happy if someone could E-mail me a copy of the article. My Internet address is lenox@media-lab.media.mit.edu, and my CompuServe ID# is 73707,1427. I hope that this doesn't clog up the newsgroup excessively, but I have not been able to send E-mail to Woody@lonestar.chinacat.org. --Thanks, Lenox Brassell [ lenox@media-lab.media.mit.edu ] [ 73707.1427@compuserve.com ]
