[comp.lang.postscript] Generating EPSF for FrameMaker?

Hello,

I would like to generate the bitmap portion of an Encapsulated PostScript
File, ASCII 2.0, from a PostScript file that I already have.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?  Is there some way to use framedevice to
render the PostScript file on a LaserWriter and send the frame buffer back
to the workstation?

I don't get a feed for comp.lang.postscript yet so if you could email me
directly any help that you can give me it would be great.
