[comp.lang.postscript] Request for help with new

I recently picked up the latest greatest version of telnet from ucbvax
and the man page for telnet uses some macros I've never seen and don't
have... is this a UCBism?  A 4.4ism?  I'm running SunOS 4.0.3.
