[net.micro] MicroEmacs again

I never did catch the notice on how to get a source or executable copy of
the latest MicroEmacs (3.5?).  Anyone out there know?

I think microemacs is available in <cc.galvin.public> on R20.UTEXAS.EDU
as UEMACS.EXE.  I don't have the sources though.

	check out mod.sources. MicroEMACS 3.7 in source should be out as
we speak.

	MicroEMACS 3.7 is the latest copy out. It should be in mod.sources
now, and will be availible by remote FTP shortly.
