[comp.lang.postscript] PostScript Cartridge for LaserJet III

I have three questions regarding the PostScript cartridge for the HP
LaserJet III:

   1. How slow is it?  I realize this is an open-ended question.  For
      example, how does the 8 ppm LaserJet engine with PS cartridge
      compare to the 4 ppm QMS 410 PostScript printer.
   2. Can you switch between PostScript and PCL on the fly using
      software escape sequences?  I've read that the PacificPage cartridge
      for the LaserJet II has this ability.
   3. Has anyone seen a review of the various PostScript cartridges
      in a recent trade mag?  If so, please point me to the article.
