Our Imagen Ultrascript Interpreters (4.1T Rev. B IP/II) have a serious problem. They are running on a 5320 and 3320 imagen printer. I produce document with the following software: Machine: Macintosh II, Macintosh SE/030 Software: MS-Word 4.0, Canvas 2.0 Printing: System 6.0 printing tools But when I print them out, using the system 6.0 laser prep files, occasionally a page is printed almost entirely in 50% grey. That is, every character comes out in a half-toned light shade of grey. Lines are drawn correctly. What is going on here? Has anyone else experienced this problem with an ultrascript interpreter? If so, is it really an ultrascript problem, or perhaps is it a problem with the system 6.0 printing tools? The problem sometimes goes away on subsequent pages.
