I am thinking about buying a new micro. I currently have a Zenith Z-158 (an IBM PC compatible machine with a switchable clock speed) with 640K of RAM and a CDC 20Mb hard disk. I would like to get something faster with a higher ca- pacity hard disk, but can only afford to pay the same amount of money as for my previous machine. I know there are a number of AT clones out there for a reasonable price. However, reliability is extremely important to me, since I live in Honduras. (I will be in the US for another two months or so.) I al- most exclusively do programming in Modula-2. I am interested in designing programming languages and writing compilers. Therefore, IBM PC compatibility is not extremely important. I would appreciate comments on the Ampro Little Board/186. --------------------------------- Samuel A.
