I recently set up ralpage to work with X so we can use our new xterms; we used it before under sunview. In doing so, I've found some things that are kind of annoying and was wondering if these could be fixed. I'm running ralpage on a Solbourne Series 5, OS/MP 4.0C (basically equiv to Sun-4, SunOS 4.1). Running it on the console under X, I get a pale yellow "ink" on a white page -- very hard to see. On an xterm, I get the expected black ink. Is there a way to specify the ink color (via xrdb maybe)? ralpage also seems to start writing the the window immediately (even before it's opened). When the window is opened, it's missing what was written before. I'm running under uwm, and I have to point to where I want the window to go, so this takes a bit of time. Right now, I'm doing something like (sleep 5; cat file.ps) | ralpage -, but there ought to be a better way. On a related note, can I somehow define a location for the window so I don't have to specify it every time? Finally, ralpage comes with a man page for ralbrowse, but this was not included in my distribution. Does anyone know where I can get it?
