We have a program called "lwpage" which would allow one to print
specific page ranges of a postscript file. Unfortunately it is an old
version and no longer works with the latest version of the operating
system, and of course we no longer have the sources around to try to
fix it. My question is this:
Does anyone know of either (1) where I could get the sources to this
program or (2) another program with the same functionality?
