[comp.lang.postscript] Accented symbols in PS fonts

I am trying to use the PostScript font Palatino in a TeX file, but I cannot
access some of the ``higher'' characters, e.g. the angstrom symbol as well
as some of the other accented characters. So, I have two requests:

  1. A simple PS program to print out _all_ the characters
     in a given font.

  2. A way to access _all_ PS font characters in a TeX file.
