[comp.lang.postscript] PostScript from a Mac

zoetrop@ucscb.ucsc.edu (Devan zoetrope MacFarlane) (12/18/90)

For all you PostScript/Mac wizards out there: I've uploaded a few PostScript
images from my Mac to my Unix server. These files were saved sans preview
and should thus not be incumbered with the PICT preview that Mac usually
puts with PostScript files. However, the Finder info is still with the files
(creator and filetype, &c). I was wondering if any of you might be able to
tell me exactly where this info resides so that I can strip it out, and whether
or not these files are now able to be downloaded directly to a PostScript
printer (with a program like SendPS or something) ... Any ideas?
