Ok. Using vi I've stripped out the first line of some PostScript files that have been uploaded from my Mac. This leaves the opening statements like this: %%Creator: Adobe Illustrator 88(TM) 1.9.5 %%For: (Walter \322Bloody\323 Raleigh) (16th Century Productions) %%Title: (Communications Logo) %%CreationDate: (13/12/90) (11:37 PM) [...] Is this as it should be? (As near as I can tell, this is the correct beginning for a PostScript file and the rest of this file should be able to be downloaded to a PostScript printer to produce the described image) ...
