[comp.lang.postscript] PostScript/Mac ... A followup

zoetrop@ucscb.ucsc.edu (Devan zoetrope MacFarlane) (12/18/90)

Ok. Using vi I've stripped out the first line of some PostScript files
that have been uploaded from my Mac. This leaves the opening statements
like this:

%%Creator: Adobe Illustrator 88(TM) 1.9.5
%%For: (Walter \322Bloody\323 Raleigh) (16th Century Productions)
%%Title: (Communications Logo)
%%CreationDate: (13/12/90) (11:37 PM)
[...]

Is this as it should be? (As near as I can tell, this is the correct beginning
for a PostScript file and the rest of this file should be able to be downloaded
to a PostScript printer to produce the described image) ...

Again, any comments and/or suggestions are appreciated ...

As a reminder, in my previous post I was asking if anyone knew where the Mac
Finder info resided within the file so that I could delete it ...
