[comp.lang.postscript] Convert Mac to VMS postscript file

Subj:   MAC to VMS postscript prep file

  Could any one help me converting MAC postscript file (produced by using
command "F" or "K") to VAX VMS postscript file?  I would like to use this
file with LaTeX or TeX.

I found one file ("MAC to VMS postscript prep file") from SUMEX but this file
doesn't explain how to append it to Mac ps file and which line in MAC ps file
should be editted.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
