[comp.lang.postscript] Where do I get technical info on the Adobe Laserjet cartridge?

A couple months ago, I got the Adobe Postscript cartridge for my HP
Laserjet II printer.  It seems to work well enough, but I'd like to get
the printer-specific technical info on it.  I called the support line
given in the user documentation, got bounced around to two or three
other phone numbers, and finally left my name and address on an
answering machine.

After a month and a half, I begin to suspect that Adobe isn't going to
respond.  Can anyone help me with tips on how to wring information out
of Adobe?
