A program for converting metafont fonts to tex fonts was announced on these groups a while ago. It is entitled mf2ps. I have it, but I don't have the facilites to run it. Does anyone out there have this program running? Would you be willing to send me its output for the computer modern math fonts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. DISCLAIMER: Yes, I have read the article from TUGboat. I realize that this program is not perfect. I have access to a postscript font editor and a type 1 <-> type 3 converter, however, and I think that I could make the fonts do what I want them to. Postscript fonts are *much* easier to deal with on my system (Mac running ATM) than metafont fonts. --Jim Amundson amun@midway.uchicago.edu
