[comp.lang.postscript] Document Structuring Conventions V3.0

Hi,

Could someone please send me an DSC 3.0 compliant PostScript file
containing an included EPSF-3.0 file. I haven't been able to locate
a copy of the new "red" book from here yet and I quickly need to 
get a glimpse of what has changed.
