Has anyone out there used a TurboScript cartridge from UDP in a LJ II? We have one, and it's *incredibly* slow -- 5 minutes for a page of text, and 25 minutes for a page of graphics! We also have a Pacific Data cartridge in a LJ IID, and it's not too bad-- 1 minute or less for text, 3-4 minutes for graphics. How's the Pacific Data cartridge, or the Adobe cartridge in a LJ II?

I LOVE the Adobe cartridge for the series II. Although I have a 4MB board in my printer (it only requires an addition 1MB for letter sized pages), this is probably a charm to use. As a bonus, they include a MS-DOS program called Printer Control Panel (PCPANEL) which can autodetech PCL or postscript jobs and switch the printer accordingly (although it takes roughly a minute to switch between modes). I'm happy with it.
