Problem: I have a logo on a letterhead made using a scanner on a MAC and the macps program to convert the bitmap to EPS. The header is version 5.1. I then use LaTeX to write my letter and dvips to produce postscript. The result views nicely using dxpsview on a decstation 3100 and prints on a NEC printer. But... when I try to print on an Apple LaserWriter NT the bitmap bets spread all across the page with big spaces inbetween the lines. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong and where should I look to fix it??
