If you mean the AmigaTerm from Commodore itself yes to all of the
above; it even does 128-column mode (not 132 but good enough).
The copy I've seen was at a local dealer. Word has it from Cmdr.
that this emulator will be or is packaged with Cmdr.'s MODEM for the
Amiga.

    > Is there a program called Maxicomm? Any experience with it?
Yes. I have both an old version 1.02 and the newer 3.00. The older
version is what I used to use with very good results although it
wasn't VT100. The older version (and the new one) both passed the
characters to the CONSOLE which makes use of the ANSI escape
sequences but wasn't good enough for VT100. I have a termcap entry
that works just peachy for vi, Gnu-Emacs, and others. Unfortunately
the screen is 77x23. The new version, 3.00, I have yet to use and
not have it wedge. I sent it back to the makers and they apparently
sent it back, now copyprotected (when I original paid for an
unprotect version) and still exhibiting the hanging bug. Foo on
them.

    > Any good public domain programs with vt100 emulators for the Amiga?
StarTerm 3.?? although I think this is more along the lines of
Shareware. Nonetheless, I've heard it from reliable sources that
this is the program to get (other than the Cmdr. AmigaTerm).

    > Does anyone know of a fix for the emulator bugs in OnLine! ?
Don't know - I don't own a copy.

Btw, the latest version of C-Kermit for the Amiga from Columbia U.
allows an ANSI screen just like the old MaxiComm. This is great
since my termcap entry is working reasonably well and I didn't have
to change anything to use Kermit. This Kermit also handles 9600
pretty well, best I've seen on the Amiba, and the screen I/O is much
faster than the 1200 or so baud the normal console device(?) usually
performs. If you can get it - DO SO!!!!
