[comp.lang.postscript] Postscript to bitmap translator written in C

I am interested finding a postscript to bitmap translator.  The code
should be written in C and we are willing to do work to get it to run
under VAX/VMS.  We want it to closely follow the postscript standard
and it must be very solid.  We favor a commercial product but will also
look at public domain code.
