I am interested in taking regular postscript files and incorporating BoundingBox info so that they can be incorporated in LaTeX, for example. At the moment, I have to print the file, measure it (never quite sure where the lower left origin is either) and iterate on the right values for llx, lly etc... This is tedious and wasteful, so I grabbed (with glee) a file from the adobe file server that is in postscript and, when prepended to your file will calculate its BoundingBox. Trouble is, our laser printer is on a print queue which does not listen to the reply, and I have no postscript interpreter for VAX/VMS. This MUST be a common problem (sorry if it is a FAQ) - does anyone have VMS (and PC) software to calculate bounding boxes? Tas van Ommen. email: tas@physvax.phys.utas.edu.au
