[comp.lang.postscript] Problem: PS dump from VAX/VMS to LPS40

kliao@draco.rutgers.edu (04/23/91)

Anyone know which version of PostScript is resident in the LPS40? I sent a
PS file converted by LaserPrep 5.2 to that printer through a VAX/VMS. The
printer returns a "waittimeout" error; this command is sprinkled throughout
the PS file.

Suggestions anyone?

Our LPS-40 is running version 48.3 of PostScript. We print to the LPS-40
with LaserPrep 5.2 by using Alisa Digital Print.
