[*ROB* ROSEN] I recall reading an interview with Fripp in which it was mentioned that he *was* aware of the use of LTiAp2 in an X-rated film (the title wasn't mentioned in the interview) and that he *did* sue. No mention was made of the outcome of the suit. Any updates? (ahh, Sylvia Kristel...) -- Life is complex. It has real and imaginary parts. Rich Rosen ihnp4!pyuxd!rlr

[*ROB* ROSEN] According to my father the film editor, this is a common problem in porno-type films. Apparently, since very few people will admit to having gone to see a porno film, it rarely comes to the attention of the people holding the copyright on a piece of music that said copyright has been violated. jon -- Jonathan Corbet National Center for Atmospheric Research, Field Observing Facility {seismo|hplabs}!hao!boulder!jon (Thanks to CU CS department)
