Hi! We are trying to work with switching printer trays and are having some problems. We are using a Dataproducts LZR-1200 based printer. We have 3 print trays. There is some code that comes with either TransScript or the printer which is downloaded to the printers to switch trays when they run out of paper. Recently we starting putting some alternate style paper in the 3rd tray and downloaded code to print the banner pages from this tray. Things work great until tray 1 runs out of paper. What happens then is that the banner page is printed from tray 3, the printer tries to go to tray 1 for pages, does not find any, and, instead of going to tray 2, goes back to tray 3. This is not what we want, but we are unable to figure out why it is happening. Anyone familar enough with this sort of thing to know what to look for in getting the trays to switch from 1 to 2? -- Larry W.
