[comp.lang.postscript] Utility to create PS fonts?

Can anyone recommend a program for creating PostScript fonts? We
need to produce 20 to 30 special characters in PostScript form for
use with Ventura Publisher. We're planning to print the characters
on HP LaserJet IIIs equipped with Pacific Page PostScript
cartridges.
