I love it.  13K of GNU license (which we have all seen a thousand times)
for only 6K of actual code.  May God save us if this is what the future
holds.  I really don't see how such a relatively small hack could ever
be abused in such a way as to require a license.

It is interesting that this infamous "13k license" has generated so much 
response.  We have probably used more time/effort/bandwidth/space complaining
than the actual posting did.  How about holding off on this, the point has
been made already.
