[alt.sources] REMIND 2.2 Patch 04

This patch fixes a problem that should have been caught, had I been
using an ANSI-C compiler.  In calendar.c, the function CreateCalEntry
is called with the wrong number of arguments.  This patch also tidies
up the man page a bit more.
