Once again I reiterate my plea for net.micro.lisa as the Lisa/MacIntosh
newsgroup.
1. net.micro.68k is MUCH too wide
2. net.micro.apple is MUCH too irrelevant
3. net.micro.apple.68k is MUCH too misleading
4. net.micro.apple.[lisa,mac] is MUCH too constrictive
Come on! After a year or so of debate the machines are going to be obsolete!
Naming the group net.micro.lisa (after "Lisa Technology" not the Lisa) puts
the discussion in an area separate from the apple and 68k discussions and
into an area where the REAL difference between these machines and all the
others is highlighted - I refer to their user interface and OS technology.

I think lisa/macintosh discussions should go in net.works where
other similar products are currently discussed. Then, if there are
enough submissions to justify it we might consider creating
net.works.lisa.

I would prefer that the Mac/Lisa group be named:
    net.micro.ap32
Reasons:
1) Apple is calling this family of machines the Apple 32 Systems.
2) The above name is under 15 characters.

I do NOT see the need for a group separate from net.micro.apple.
The traffic either way has not become unbearable.
