[comp.std.misc] IEEE Binary Format Standard Wanted

	Where can I get a copy of the Binary IEEE Format
	specifications. This is a IEEE format for binary
	executable and relocatable files (similiar to the
	a.out format for unix) . Please mail directly
	to me, as I dont have access to the net any more.
