Well, there seems to have been a consensus that both the net.cs
(generalized group for computer science subjects) and net.sci (generalized
group for science subjects) will be useful things to have, and as is also
usual, we never got around to creating them. Therefore, unless I hear
massive screams of outrage in the next week or so, I'll send out the
newgroups for these. Once they exist we can start arguing about whether or
not to merge other groups into them or rename existing groups as subgroups
(both still too controversial for me to try anything drastic, although I
still think it's a good idea to work towards). Now is a good time to get
your final comments in on these groups...
