[comp.std.misc] Anyone from ANSI out there?

kai@cyklop.nada.kth.se (Kai-Mikael J{{-Aro) (09/13/90)

I'd need to find out information about HyTime (an ANSI draft standard
for MM) but I don't really fancy a transatlantic phonecall just to end
up at the wrong switchboard, so:
Is anyone from ANSI reading this and could either inform me or direct
me to a person who can?

HyTime (Hypermedia/Time-based Document Representation Language) is
based on SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language). It's within
the purview of ANSI committe X3V1.8M. There's another meeting about
it coming up sometime reasonably soon, I expect that the notice will
be posted to comp.text.sgml when info is available.
