Hello OSI folks Does any of you know how to decode an OSI 8473 packet that has as the first byte set to 0. The 8473 spec says that "if the first byte is 0" then the packet is an "Inactive Network Layer Protocol" and then it goes on to define the packet as follows: ---------------------------- |Network Layer Protocol Id | ---------------------------- | DATA | | | ---------------------------- the Network Layer Protocol Id = 0 but there is no information as to what is in the data portion. Thank you in advance for any help.
