I have heard of a protocol X.75 (no not X.25) and I am trying to find any information about it ?? Anything would be appriciated.

This is a CCITT recommendation, just like X.25.  The title of the
recommendation is:

TERMINAL AND TRANSIT CALL CONTROL PROCEDURES AND DATA TRANSFER SYSTEM
ON INTERNATIONAL CIRCUITS BETWEEN PACKET-SWITCHED DATA NETWORKS.

In English that means it defines the protocol that two national public data
networks use to connect a client on one network to a service on a different
network.  Some networks (eg. Telenet) use X.75 as their internal protocol.
