Does anyone know of a public domain library of routines for manipulating various bitmap formats? I am primarily interested in group 3, group 4 and ODA bitmap formats. As long as I am asking, does anyone have a list of ISO and ANSI "standard" bitmap formats? The three above are obvious candidates, but are there others buried in other standards? For example, I would not be surprised to find a other bitmap formats defined inside of IGES (sp?) or CGM. I also have a vague memory that the Navy came up with their own standard bitmap format as part of Navy DIF. Are there others? (We are trying to put together a portable library of bitmap manipulating/conversion routines. To that end, we would like to avoid reinventing the wheel and to make sure that we have covered a wide enough space to be interesting. We know about the "Portable Bitmap Package", but that seems to concentrate on vendor formats like MacPaint, X.11 and Suntools, rather than on ISO or ANSI standard formats.) -Mark
