What is the appropriate ISO protocol for two computers communicating transactions directly via dialup modems using the public phone network ? I need full duplex and flow control with end to end acknowledgement at level 4. Is there such a protocol commercially available for 386 machines running UNIX System V/3.2 ? Wayne P.
