I'm lokking for a copy of the GOSIP doc:
  The U.S. Government OSI User's Committee: 
    "GOvernment Open Systems Interconnection Procurement
     (GOSIP) Specification for Fiscal Years 1987 & 1988."
     December 1986.
Would appreciate any help.
We do not have FTP access to the internet from our site.
