I'd be interested in hearing from people on the net who may be interested in comparing the performance of OSI network offerings from a number of different vendors. Are there industry-standard benchmarks available which help one to determine if a certain vendor's OSI services are better than the next guy's? I recently asked the same question about TCP/IP on comp.protocols.tcp-ip. I was surprised to find how little is out there to test "standard" networks in a "standard" fashion.
