I can state authoritatively that this was pilot error on the part of the Editor of Computer Communication Review -- me. It turns out that we can't quite list the entire table of contents on the new cover (first used for the July '89 issue) and so I had to prepare a list of what to put there. I'd plan to leave out incidentals -- the Chairman's message, the Editor's message, the Calls for Papers, etc., but in my fear that I'd list too much, I listed too little (the bibliography of recent papers isn't mentioned either). My apologies to Lyman and the CCR readers out there who got hoodwinked. By the way, for those of you who want to keep up with standards, Lyman's article is a regular feature of CCR.
