Who defines those manageable objects within ISO Network Management Service. So far I have heard of OSI/Network Management Forum which has such recommendations, but OSI/NMF represents just some vendors on networking field. Are we going to end up with dozens of competing recommendations, and you can't be sure that your CMIP monitor can't communicate with that fine ISO-IP router you just bought.....
