Christian, In the last paragraph of your recent comments about routing given national domains raised a question about the "internet" as an ADMD. Currently, only governments or those delagated by governmental administrations can be ADMDs. I think, as possibly you do too, that this may be a constraint which fails to recognize a variety of existing international organizations which (surprise ! SURPRISE!) do not feel bound by political boundaries and probably warrant recognition as ADMDs. What is being done to address this is the X.400 arena? Does anyone know? Thanks, J.
