[comp.protocols.iso] Multi-link Protocols

I am interested in any information on multi-link protocols over ISDN.

Does anybody support this type of configuration?
  If so, do you use multiple B-channels on one PRI or more than one PRI?

Does anyone have any plans to support it?

Are there any standards supporting it?
