I am looking for recommendations on price/content for training classes on OSI protocols. There may be two tiers of training sought......one at the bit/byte level for support, sustaining, and consulting personnel....the other as a "concepts and buzzwords" level to be used as a prerequisite to product specific training. I am aware of Omnicom's training....but certainly would like comments from attendees on good/bad points. Any other organizations in this market yet?

There are several, including the organization I work for. Give
Bill Horst a call (703-883-2730) and he'll give you the scoop.
