Can someone give me the status of a proposed FIPS called : "GOSIP Conformance and Interoperation Testing and Registration" ? Thanks.

The last word I had from NIST was that this will not be a FIPS but will be a guideline. So there will be less "bite" to the document. Maybe there should be greater user participation at those OSI Implementor's Workshops?
